Growth through connection.

I'm a therapist, but I'm also a dad, husband, photographer (find my work here: chrisorwig.com), surfer, yogi, and lifelong student of what it means to live fully. Whether I'm catching a wave, hiking a trail, or simply slowing down to breathe, movement and time in nature are essential to my own well-being.

Nothing matters more to me than my family. My wife and three daughters (that's us in the photo) are not only my greatest joy, but also my greatest teachers. They remind me daily that growth isn't about perfection, but about listening deeply, staying present, and choosing connection again and again.

My own values and life experiences shape how I approach therapy. In sum, I believe meaningful change begins when we slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with ourselves, others, and what matters most. My hope is to help people do just that, so they can live with greater vitality, authenticity, and connection.
